The outdoor kitties can be mean.
The buff black cat scares mine.
Even the pregnant females scare my boy.
My cat is a scaredy cat.
Yet he still wants to go outside.
He has business that must be done!
The litter box downstairs just will not do.

Your trauma does not invalidate my trauma.

A Quick Reminder
When it snows
take an extra ten minutes
to brush the snow off your vehicle.
Also give yourself more time to get to work.
If that is not an option
you obviously have no snow
where you live!
Parenting Fail
When you let your anger get the better of you.
Yelling, screaming and punishing your child
in front of the whole world.
Well the neighbourhood at least.
I have sympathy for the children
when they are not my own.
Too bad mine know my buttons too well.
I have failed.
I am a bad parent.
My child is the problem child
and I am not backing down.
Conspiracy Theorists ….
They have nothing on me!
I know too much
things you would not believe!
They call me crazy
but I know the truth!
Only those who listen will understand
this irrational fear that the government perpetuates!
Do not debate them!
That is how they suck you in!
Explain your views politely
and then walk away.
Run if they follow!

Shenanigans galore
erupt on this school day morning.
The cats race around
with pent up energy
mirrored by the kids
and my lack of enthusiasm
keeps me from screaming in frustration.
Desperate times call for a maniac solution.
The school bus will be here soon.
