Perfection is easy for some people.

They make it look so effortless.

To be so put together is envious.

I will just look away avoiding eye contact.

To be able to have common sense.

To understand your place in the world.

Nobody tells you about the trials and tribulations.

Yet, experience is the only way to reach it.

No wonder as I grow older I see more possibilities

and regret the ones that closed.

Feeling alone, desperate.

Just once I would like some certainity.

Not merely wishful conjecture.

Scams are every where.

Caution is never not needed.

One moment of inattention is all it takes.

Curiousity over rules common sense.

We still fall for it.

Some just get more hurt than others.

Bragging is unacceptable.

Boasting means arrogance.

Being proud of yourself requires attention.

Confidence in your abilities is not bragging.

I know my worth.

I deserve respect.

I enjoy my life.

Mistakes have been made.

I have tried to own up.

Some things will never be made right.

The past is the past.

I now look toward the future.

Working together.

Building together.

Being together.

Are we together?

Or am I living in a fantasy world?
