Slowly falling

drifting snowflakes

peaceful serene

Damn it’s cold.

Good thing there is hot chocolate waiting for me!

New decorations for the holidays.

Finding the old rug in a flea market.

The big renovation before vacation.

Or

simply clean your house

so that you see the walls

once covered in grime and dirt.

Struggling to survive.

Compromises made.

Sense of failure undercuts.

Overwhelming despair.

Soul crushing at its finest.

Hope and faith that it will all work out.

They may be full grown

but when the toys come out

they return to kittenhood.

Pouncing, catching and jumping

at the string or stuffed mouse.

Still the fuzzy ball of blue

is the favorite of hers.

Too bad she lost it under the hutch already.

Dirty

Underhanded

Cheat

Pity

Sentimental

Beg

Forgiveness

Ask

or

Pray.

Hard work is a good first foundation.

Discombobulated.

Out of sorts in the weirdest way.

Awesome.

My friends who keep me sane.

Benevolence.

Empathy for those who are suffering.

Frenetic.

Crazy insane energy that sums up nerds.

Nerds.

Outsiders with useful knowledge.

Society.

Humans living in close contact.

Quarantine.

When you are no longer able to talk to your neighbours.

Depression.

The result of plague fatigue and helplessness.

Hope.

Knowing there will be an end in sight someday.

Meowing loudly

She is a cat

and I do not speak feline.

More meows,

a few more pets

and she leaves.

Was that what she wanted?

I’ll never know.

So many scams

were used

and succeeded

with this simple

yet effective tool.

For those who are honest

it brought about shame

I wonder who would be rich enough

to fill the entire parkade

with only their vehicles?

I sure hope he is willing to let others use his parkade.

Mainly because there are many kinds of events

happening at the Coliseum

and it would be nice if everyone

had someplace to park

for all events.
