Jokes about stand up comedy

And the jokes is on us.

Dreams are strange things

Especially when the muttering ends

And all that is left

Is the salad dressing.

Curiousity may have killed the cat

The desire to know the truth

What is it about the dangerous

That drives us to seek it out?

If ignorance is bliss

then why are we always seeking out knowledge?

Sometimes I think

We will never be happy until we step too far

and find we went over the cliff.

Physical ones are easier to see.

Even the ones under the skin.

Internal injuries still cause pain.

Mental injuries are just as devastating.

More so since people brush them off

as nothing more than the persons laziness.

The brain is an internal organ

which can be hurt.

So maybe we should equate mental health

with the brain injury which caused it?

We are physical creatures

and our brain is the most spectacular piece ever seen.

Water fights

Pressing the bench

Cooking classes

Remembering how to ride a bike

Figuring out how to fix flat tires

Doing your taxes

Calling an old friend

Being social after isolation

Be in awe of the fear and wonderment induced

Enjoy life

Psychological questions out the window

I believe in myself.

I believe in the world.

I find things hard to understand

Yet Life is defined by breathing

and physical health.

Who is to say

an android is not alive?

What happens when technology

exceeds all expectations

and the dystopian futures arrive?

Continue yelling at each other

until one admits defeat.

No one wins.

Both lose.

But the on who won

thinks otherwise.

Are you going to argue with them

next?

The pain thrums behind the eyes.

Headache pills taken

with the hopes of a reduction

in the aching part.

Things get bad.

Though the pain lessons

The screaming kids at the park

Continue to assault the ears.

And therefore the aching is sustained.

The luxury of no kids.

Prepare the bubble bath.

Get interrupted by the grandparents.

Eat the dessert they left.

Head to bed.

Unstopper the bath water.

Maybe next time.

At a loss

as to what to do?

It has been awhile.

The imagination is strong.

Let it roam for a bit.

Maybe,

just maybe

you will think of

something to do.

Am I crazy?

Each vehicle has a different name.

I wait until they tell me.
