The antics of the cat

Cause hilarity to rise.

So cute, you say

until the next surprise.

Waiting under the bag

for the next ankle victim

Is a sure way to laugh

unless you wander across their vision.

Strong

Vulnerable

Fascinating

Emotional

Loving

Fallible

A walking Paradox

Happy to be alive.

To be

or not to be

In the sea

Away from thee.

Truly this rhyme

is a terrible crime.

I wonder if I’ll do any time?

Tighten the purse strings.

Choose more economically.

Find cheaper alternatives.

Outsource the most expense costs.

And yet

there is still not enough money left for rent.

when Bill can’t Chill.

So Fill the Sill

to become a Pill.

Such a lovely cheese

Yum.

If ever a consumer finds such a prize

the world will be exhausted

by the ways

of sin and substances

abused by the ones who do not need

the extra lascivious temptations.

But then again

they will do it anyway.

Two things

both showcasing a season.

Summer and Winter.

Yet here we are

with a watermelon

and snow on the ground.

Combining the two

does not sound like a success story.

A simple cup of coffee.

Not made by me.

A few dollars worth.

Yet after this week

I feel like I need it!
