The Aircraft circles slowly

I glance up surreptitiously.

He wants to surprise me

Which means he’ll jump out

from behind a bush.

I play along.

I pause in my writings

and look up.

To my surprise

he is in the Aircraft

waving at me.

I laugh as it touches down.
