He sleeps on my pillow
Above my head
At night.
He will lie down on my
When I am on the couch.
He cuddles me
Because he feels safe near me.
He knows that the other cat
Won’t be let close
If she is threatening him.
His favourite position
Is lying on my chest
Looking out the window.
