Cheddar is best for tomato bases.
Chili’s and Spaghetti’s are yummy
but cheese adds another dimension.
Mozzarella is great for the cheesy pulls.
Pizza’s are an excellent example.
My favorite is Feta but that is a specific flavour.
Best in salads.
Parmesan is outdone by Romano for seasoning dishes
and best of all is a dish that uses all of them!
