Don’t pick your nose.
Or your friends nose.
If you do not have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all.
Love your neighbours.
Be kind to your friends.
Get help when you need it.
Therapy is a useful tool.

Please know I will always love you
no matter what you identify as.
I may not understand, but you are more important to me.
Though if you say you are a lion, I may just be shaking my head a lot.
