Feeling content when held in their arms.
The warmth of their breath as they kiss you.
Seeing their eyes first thing in the morning.
Knowing the arguments will come
and being ready to work them out.
A trust that defies understanding.
Being able to see them with their friends
and know they will always come back to you.
You set them free
and in doing so
set yourself free as well.
Jealousy and anger will be there
but so is the knowledge that they chose you!
