The quiet ones watch the loud ones.
There are those who munch the nibblies.
The extroverts and the funny ones.
The host goes between them all.
I watch and enjoy the spectacle
since it is not often I go to parties anymore.
It is good to see old friends
and meet some new ones.
More often than not I interact ineptly,
but at least I am here!
